Today we will talk about mirror work and why this is so powerful.
Mirror work is a technique that will boost your self-confidence and make you step into your power. It has helped me so much.
What you are going to do is stand in front of the mirror and look at yourself.
And you’re going to look yourself straight in the eyes. This is very powerful. When you look directly into your own eyes, it will connect you with your soul and body. When you’re doing this, it may feel uncomfortable at first, but that’s completely normal.
So take it easy on yourself. Emotions can come up like crying or feeling restless, not wanting to do the exercise. There can be a lot of resentment towards that, but then it’s even more critical that you’re going for it and do it, and I know you got this!
So when you’re standing in front of the mirror, what you’re going to do is look at yourself and stand in a powerful pose. Stand straight up with your feet under your hips. Look at yourself in the mirror and say to yourself: I am confident, I am powerful, I got this; I am confident, I am powerful, I got this. Repeat this ten times and make sure that you look yourself into the eyes.
If you do this every day for a week, it will change your confidence for the better. You should be your own best cheerleader, and that’s how you’re going to get your confidence back. Trust yourself because you got this, I believe in you, and you’re so worthy of this.
